La Bottega Tusarova originally did not have any part as a restaurant. This was a space, where the company La Colezzione concentrated manufacturing of its goods, so we could find there areas specifically modified for the manufacturing of pasta, candy, or even a bakery with Italian bread. Only later on did the client decided, that he would like to have a restaurant too. Here again he emphasized the importance of selling Italian goods.
We proposed a layout, where the space was longitudinally divided by steel shelf with sold goods and in between the shelfs we have put places to sit. Thanks to that, the customer is surrounded with colourful atmosphere of Italian groceries and the space got cozier.
