Living by the forest in Maníkovice

Just fifty minutes from Prague and a minute from the forest, we’ve created a comfortable living space in Maníkovice for families who want to enjoy nature while still having everything they need close at hand.
The main living area extends into the garden during warm days thanks to direct access to the terrace. In addition to the living room and kitchen, both homes feature a guest room with a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find two children’s bedrooms, a bathroom, and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet. New homeowners can personalize the space to their taste—the houses are finished to a “fit out” standard, complete with floors, bathrooms, kitchen pre-installations, and doors.
Privacy is ensured by the design of the homes, with all the main rooms oriented to one side, facing the northwest towards the garden. The houses, inspired by the shape of typical Czech rural architecture, blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Meanwhile, the rough-textured plaster and large, unique windows give a modern twist to an otherwise traditional countryside form. Beyond the garden, the forest awaits, perfect for weekend strolls, bike rides, or mushroom picking.
