Residential complex in Prague

A rugged land with sloping terrain and the context of the surroundings villas in development: these factors and more were taken into account when designing the new premium residential project. The project is divided into two segments, which together function as a whole unit – two villas with an interconnected underground parking and a solitary villa located in the upper part of the plot. The residential parts of the apartments are facing south and overlooking the greenery, taking the maximum advantage from their position on the plot. In addition to generous loggias and terraces, the residents of both townhouses will also be able to use the common parts of the garden. The detached villa is a generous three-storey building with an elevated living space, which changes throughout the day not only because of the orientation of the windows to three sides, but also due to to the ideal lighting conditions. Besides having direct contact with the garden, this area has acess to a spacious covered terrace.
