The restaurant Bistroteka is located as a part of the concept of the food passage in Palace Dlouhá. Its exclusive location on the corner of the building enabled a generous connection between the interior and the exterior through big arched windows and doorways on three of the facades, which are facing to the street. The Palace has a unique design of construction, where for the first time ever, a steel skeleton was used, which gives itself away in the interior with a grid on columns and girders, which are only plastered. Our design kept this tectonics, which we accomplished through integration of the restaurant into one box with lowered height, thanks to which the customer gets to feel the whole proportions of the space.
