Cobra

Cobra, legendary nonstop bar/casino in Letná. Its longstanding existence was put to an end with the rise of Letná separatists and their ban on casinos in Prague 7. In response, a group of local enthusiasts decided to create a memorial place out of the permanent memento once known as the last place to end up on a night out. Afraid of asking emotionally compromised local creators, the group decided to call cross-country beautifying group Edit! We compensated our client’s lack of resources with our passion for archeology, so the design aims to strike a balance between preserving historical layers and implementing some sharp mourning black, which unites necessary interventions.
